Man Of Steel (2013)
Pretty Good! The movie starts out with what I call, the birth of Superman, Henry Cavill. They show his real planet being destroyed with all of his family, but Superman lands Earth. Throughout the movie they show clips of when Superman was a child and how he was raised, how school was, how his father died. In the movie, a girl named Lois Lane, Amy Adams, who at first I thought she shouldn't have had this script but she was not bad at all. Anyways, Lois tries to know the story of Superman since she does do like news articles and stuff like that. She tries to talk with people Superman went to school with and learn more on his story. Meanwhile, the man who said killed Superman's family General Zod, Michael Shannon, wanted Superman to go to him and try to surrender and he would destroy earth and make a new planet since they first planet got destroyed. Superman still tried to save earth and really I can't think of anything I'm missing for this movie. Oh yeah, Zod tries to kill a family but Superman just twists his neck like if he was evil. Superman then cried but I was just like what, and then I got, Superman doesn't kill people so he felt bad but whatever. Good movie, I honestly thought this movie was gonna suck because Superman Returns was not good and I found that very disappointed, thankfully we had Nolan be a part of this. Zack Snyder, big thumbs up to you man, you gave a great movie and I thank you for it, maybe nowhere near the Batman movies but still a good movie, I really don't know if Batman vs. Superman can be good because Ben Affleck will play Batman and what really makes me mad is that Jessie Eisenberg will play Lex Luger and I was like oh hell no, but I'll still watch it when it comes out in 2016. Overall: 8/10

Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice (2016)
Do You Bleed? The movie kicks off with a mini origin story of Batman which was very cool to see how Zac Snyder managed to shoe that on the big screen. The events kick off during Man Of Steel when Superman, Henry Cavill, faces General Zod, Michael Shannon, and Bruce Wayne, Ben Affleck, sees from above. 2 Years later, lots and lots of people believe Superman is a villain while others may also consider Batman as another villain. Meanwhile Lex Luthor, Jessie Eisenberg, is up to do anything to have those two fight because in this movie, Lex is always up for destruction. I didn't like that Lex Luthor played the character he played, but this movie was 70% dialogue and 30% action that made him kind of a stand out for me. Honestly the fight that Superman and Batman had against each other was nice for the time being, but you can really tell that was not the main focus of the film which really affected the experience going in with this movie where the movie should have just been called something different. You can really tell that the movie wouldn't have had that much money and that was why Batman v Superman was the real title. I had fun with this movie, but I can really tell that this movie is not for film critics and more for Comic Book Fans. The Justice League looks like it can be good, but the way the guys were shown was a bit odd Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) was amazing and was my second favorite character besides Batman and almost Alfred, Jeremy Irons. I am curious to see what will happen in The Justice League, but this movie didn't quite hit me as I wanted, but I still had fun for the most part, the real problem was that it took a while to get going. Watch this movie and see for yourself if its good, then judge it by yourself. Overall: 7/10

Suicide Squad (2016)
Worst Heroes Ever! The movie starts with Amanda Waller, Viola Davis, who wants a group a villains to try and stop evilness going and Rick Flag, Joel Kinnaman, is on to take on and save hiss girlfriend being possessed by Enchantress, Cara Delevinge, who is is trying to take over the world. Most of the villains get mini origin stories and by far my favorite story was from Deadshot, Will Smith, and his scene with Batman, Ben Affleck, where he get confronted in front of his daughter, Shailyn Pierre-Dixon. Harley Quinn, Margot Robbie, was kind of in a different story as far as having The Joker, Jared Leto, in her love life, but it felt like a totally different movie added to the mix. Lots of these characters I didn't know much about and it was cool to know their back story like Diablo, Jay Hernandez, which was super tragic. Some characters didn't get lots of attention which did disappoint me a bit like Katana played by Karen Fukuhara, she looks cool but not a lot of development. The soundtrack for this movie was good, but the problem I think was is putting them in the right scene, so I didn't hate the music. The thing that could have really helped this movie would be for some of these characters to have their own stand alone movie before we got to the Suicide Squad almost like The Avengers. I know that the DC Universe is trying to be different from Marvel, but they could use some things from them to help instead of playing catch up. I had fun with some of the characters, but the plot is all over the place. First of all how come in a world with The Flash and Batman, why do they have guys like Captain Boomerang and Harley Quinn are stopping Enchantress, it makes no sense. I had some fun, but the more I think about it, it kinda sucks. Overall: 6/10

Wonder Woman (2017)
Is This What The DCEU Need? The movie is basically a prequel to the story of Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot, who was formally known as Diana, The Princess Of The Amazons. She trained all her life to be a warrior. One day she meets a pilot named Steve Trevor, Chris Pine, and he was sent to deliver some plans to his armed forces. Diana was willing to help out Steve only if she is promised to fight in the war. No Diana has always lived in the Amazons, so earth was a lot different then where she lives, so she learns about how people act, talk, and how woman were treated back in the day, after all this movie does take place World War. Right off the bat lets talk about the villains, they suck, just like almost every Superhero Movie, we can never get a good villain, they if you remove both Danny Huston and Elana Anaya, this would have easily been the best movie this year, and at least Aries, David Thewlis, made sense being in the movie because he help Wonder Woman discover how her real powers work, which I loved. Every character, and far as the good guys in the movie were a lot of fun, and Chris Pine was a huge stand out for me. This movie was almost feared because this movie is a female driven movie, but it made you believe this movie was only dedicated to only a female audience, but Patty Jenkins made you believe this movie was for everyone watching. Patty Jenkins was really inspired by 1978's Superman The Movie, and it shows, which was a huge praise to see, a new Comic Book Movie had an old school feel that worked perfectly. This movie will go down as one of the best Prequels of all time, finally we can say that DC has a good movie, in their Cinematic Universe for more specific. Good job to everyone in this movie, except the bad guys. Overall: 9/10

Justice League (2017)
You Can't Save The World Alone! The movie starts really random with Superman, Henry Cavil, in a phone camera. Batman, Ben Affleck, and Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot, are forming the Justice League to stop Steppenwolf, Ciaran Hinds. This movie feels completely rushed as far as making this an origin story while not fully knowing the new characters. Some CGI works, but some things are ridiculous, such as Superman's face. With that said, this movie is very enjoyable. The characters are fun and I actually wished the film told the plot a bit easier. So many things were cut out of the film that I wasn't sure why certain scenes that we did get stayed. The Flash, Ezra Miller, might be the stand out of the team, he was basically like when Spider-Man met The Avengers in Civil War, and I was glad to see him in this film. Aquaman, Jason Momoa, had funny scenes, but he wasn't the hipster dude you expected from the trailers, and with that said, I think once we see his movie, he will be one of the stand outs from the team. Now lets get to Cyborg, Ray Fisher. I liked him as a broken down teenager, but eventually when he joins the League, I was happy. Again, the DC favorites did well, but I can honestly see that Ben Affleck wants to leave this franchise, and I honestly am pretty upset if that happens. Superman was incredible, he finally feels like the Superman from the Justice League cartoon and I loved it. Some things didn't connect well with BvS, and it honestly took me out of it. I think this movie is somewhat sloppy, but the DCEU isn't dead. Those end credits definitely got me pumped. I wished this movie didn't rush, a couple minutes would have helped this movie out because this would have been a classic. Overall: 7/10
