Star Wars (1977)
A NEW HOPE! The movie starts with Darth Vader, Deavis Prowse, taking over and kidnaps Princess Leia, Carrie Fisher, but before she left she gave a message to Obi-Wan Kenobi, Alec Guinness. Luke Skywalker, Mark Hamill, finds C-3PO, Antony Daniels, and R2-D2, Kenny Baker, and as known, R2 carries Leia's message asking for Obi-Wan which eventually they find. In order to help and stop The Empire, they needed help, so they found Chewbacca, Peter Mayhew, and of course my favorite character ever, Han Solo, Harrison Ford. All I got to say is that this is a masterpiece in the making. Good affects and great acting, but however something incredibly underrated was the music, I think my favorite song was when Luke stares at the red moon, beautiful song there. The finale of the movie was good where Luke, Han, and Chewy get the respect they deserved for defeating The Empire, but you should totally watch everything else in between because this movie affected so many people back in the 70' and every character was so likable, even Darth Vader who is someone you must hate and he was a really good villain, but the fight with Obi-Wan and Vader was short but good, and seeing Obi-Wan dying and then later Luke, Han, and Chewy fighting those spaceship was just mark out after mark out with its camera cuts and action just going and this was again another one of those moments where the music made it really better, but in all the hole story that Luke Skywalker really looked up to Obi-Wan Kenobi and seeing him gone, you really felt bad for the guy even though they've only known each other for maybe three four day, can you believe it, one week and this movie completely pulled it off with it story, I was never bored in this movie because this is in fact one of the greatest movies and one of my favorite of all time! Overall: 10/10

The Empire Strikes Back (1980)
The Saga Continues! The movie begins with Luke Skywalker, Mark Hamill, getting kidnapped by some beast and once he escapes he gets a vision from Obi-Wan Kenobi, Alec Guinness, and he needs to find Yoda, Frank Oz, to train to be a Jedi. Meanwhile The Empire is not dead and he strikes back, as the title says, " The Empire Strikes Back", but Luke leaves the battle with R2-D2, Kenny Baker, to find Yoda. Due to the damage Darth Vader, David Prowse, causes, Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Leia (Carrie Fisher), C-3PO (Anthony Daniels), and Chewy (Peter Mayhew) to run and stay safe from The Empire. Honestly I was curious with this movie, honestly the way the first Star Wars ended, I believed we didn't need a sequal, but after watching this movie I take it all back, this was not only captivating, but it even top the first movie, and I really love that movie with a passion! We had a love story with Han and Leia which was really entertaining, that chemistry in a way work considering how opposites they truly are and that scene with them kissing and C-3PO ruining it was hilarious. Luke and Yoda also had that great teacher and student relationship that could have sucked but didn't and I enjoyed that as well and how we kept seeing Obi-Wan keeping them training because there were parts where Yoda was giving up on Luke. In all this must have one of the biggest twists that I've ever seen in a movie but Darth Vader reveals he is Luke's son and that he wants them to rule the galaxy together, super speechless for many years to come! The ending was so sad, because the movie ended, I wanted more because it left questions, what happened to Han, who is Boba Fett, will Luke join Darth Vader, so many questions that left to hanging in one of the greatest movies to ever happen of all time! Overall: 10/10

Return Of The Jedi (1983)
The Finale! The movie starts with where we left off with C-3PO, Anthony Daniels, and R2-D2, Kenny Baker, try to save Han Solo, Harrison Ford, and Chewbacca, Peter Mayhew, from Jabba The Hutt, Larry Ward. Now Leia, Carrie Fisher, saves Han like nothing and I was a bit disappointed because they could have honestly found a much better way to save Han and make his comeback more special and his fight with Bobba Fett, Jeremy Bulloch, much more spectacular than what we got. Anyways right after that the story continues how we wanted and Luke Skywalker, Mark Hamill, hearing that is must be his destiny to defeat his father Darth Vader, David Prowse, but a huge twist that we found out about was that Leia and Luke are actualy brother and sister which made the scene with the previous movie feel weird when Leia kisses Luke! This movie was a slight disappointment considering how incredible both movies were the previous ones, and I'm not saying that because we had Ewoks, I didn't hate them as much as other people did, but then again they were in the movie a little too much! In all the fight with Luke and Vader was great, and once The Emperor, Ian McDiamid, got involved and nearly tried to killed Luke, but then Darth Vader saves his son, and you see Darth Vader's real face and he looks ugly, but in a good way, lots of complaining but it was okay, and it was a great send off to Darth Vader. Once The Empire was defeated the people started celebrating and partying and I keep saying to myself that it was good if that didn't end the movie, Luke burning his father to a great sendoff should have been the ending and then have Yoda (Frank Oz), Obi-Wan Kenobi (Alec Guinness), and Dath Vader's ghost appearing there! In all, a great movie, very fun, and great send off to this Star Wars trilogy. Overall: 9/10

Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999)
Really? The movie starts with the introduction of Qui-Gon Jinn, Liam Neeson, and young Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ewan McGregor, on in Invasion sent by Padme Amidala, Natalie Portman, who sounds like a dude, and once that happened, I felt something was wrong with this movie. Out of nowhere they meet Jar Jar Binks, Ahmed Best, which was by far the worst thing in this movie. Eventually them and R2-D2, Kenny Baker, are in need to fix something, and then we meet Anakin Skywalker, Jake Lloyd, who we all know will eventually be Darth Vader, but in this movie he seems dull, and I know he is still a kid, but come on this doesn't feel like a good pick for this role, let alone be the boy to create C-3PO, Anthony Daniels, simply for the fact that George Lucas wanted to sell some toys. This movie was very disappointing for a Star Wars film that everyone was incredibly excited to see, and the one thing that everyone loves to say was awesome of this movie was Darth Maul, Ray Park, how cool was he, and sadly we got less of him then what we should have gotten, and also you knew that Padme and Anakin were gonna have a love story, but it feels weird with a teenage girl and a child, this was so off and I can't believe that this couldn't have waited until the next movie which would have also been incredibly bad. Now Qui-Gon wants Anakin to be a Jedi, but everyone including Yoda, Frank Oz, refuse, but once Qui-Gon dies after one of the greatest Lightsaver battles ever, its all good now. This movie fails pretty bad, even if it had one of the greatest Lightsaver fights ever, and not just that, but we get a lot of CGI places and characters that feel so outdated and weird, and you ask George Lucas how and why did this happens. Bad movie, very disappointing! Overall: 6/10

Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (2002)
CGI FEST! The movie starts off with Obi-Wan, Ewan McGregor, with Anakin Skywalker, Hayden Christensen. By now Anakin has been trained to be a Jedi, and the plot here is Padme, Natalie Portman, is in danger which means she must be protcted by a Jedi, and that guy is Anakin. The whole movie deals with these guys falling in love and they an't be together and how Jedies can't have babies which makes absolutely no sense because wouldn't you want to have more Jedies instead of less, sometimes I look at this movie and want to punch George Lucas and tell him to stop acting like a retard. How is it that the same guy whole did the original amazing Star Wars trilogy screw up something cool, now he is in this movie making the worst movie in the Star Wars saga. Also, why is Hayden Christensen Anakin Skywalker, I look at this movie wondering how do I believe he is Darth Vader, all I see is a wimpy crybaby loser! Now we can all agree that this movie sucked, consider not knowing what the plot is about, and having a title that makes no sense, "Attack Of The Clones" for one scene and that was about it which I will give props to I enjoy that scene.Jango Fett, Temuera Morrison, was great, father of Bobba Fett, Daniel Logan, was a great moment to see how Bobba Fett came to be, and just like in Return Of The Jedi, the Fett dies too fast, darn you Mace Windu, Samuel L. Jackson! Basically every acting scene was okay to good, the love story drags everything down, and the cameos were nice. I hate this movie, but I can't deny it had moments I like some moments, and also, Yoda, Frank Oz, fighting with a light saver was a bit too much. Don't watch the movie, anything positive you can easily just search! Overall: 5/10

Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005)
The Good Prequel. We kick off seeing a fight in the galaxy and already you see some good CGI in space, and we finally see Grievous, Matthew Wood, and I was happy to see him, sadly I wasn't too big on his death with Obi-Wan, Ewan McGregor, defeating him too fast, but then again in A New Hope, he is not found at all. Anyways the real story here is that Anakin, Hayden Christensen, wants to be a master, but everyone refuses to let that happen, and that is when The Emperor, Ian McDiarmid, takes advantage of that and decides to make sure he joined the dark side. Meanwhile Padme, Natalie Portman, says she is pregnant which gives Anakin dreams about fear and death, which makes him feel like he should join the sith. In all this movie was great because this was everything we really ever wanted from The Prequels, we basically wanted the rise of Darth Vader which was great, except for the part where he says, "Nooo!" In this movie you see a lot of feelings coming from Yoda, Frank Oz, even if he ended up fighting The Emperor. Once Anakin turned evil and that scene where he and Padme look at different windows and feeling each other was one of the best parts from the scenes showing that Hayden is a good actor when he isn't talking because when he is confronted by Obi-Wan and every Jedi was dead, Anakin kills a bunch of children, you knew that this battle between them was gonna be mind blowing which it was, for some of you Star Wars fans, you might even consider that to be the greatest light saber fight of all time. In all guys, this movie was great with some dialogue still needing a bunch of work. In all honesty I can see that this was in fact the movie George Lucas wanted to make this whole time and I am glad to say this was awesome. Overall: 8/10

Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015)
The Force Has Finally Returned! The movie starts with you knowing that Luke Skywalker, Mark Hamill, has been missing and there is a map where you can find his location that is given to Poe Dameron, Oscar Isaac, but then Kylo Ren, Adam Driver, and the First Order take over and kidnap Poe to give answers for the map. A Storm Trooper named Finn, John Boyega, leaves them, and later on he finds Rey, Daisy Ridley, with BB8 to hopefully gets clues on Luke Skywalker, but eventually they find a ship and as soon as you see it, you realized it is the Millennium Falcon. When that happened, they eventually run into Han Solo, Harrison Ford, and Chewy, Peter Mayhew, and now they are on a mission to keep the Map away from Kylo Ren. This movie was an epic masterpiece, this brought new fans to join the franchise and delivered completely well, this is easily the best Star Wars Film since Return Of The Jedi! With a world where all we have is nonstop CGI became a huge panic, yet J.J. Abrams knew how to use it correctly, and same with the characters, we got new members with an attachment of the old characters and they knew how to make everything fit in very well and also give you twists you didn't see in the trailers to ruin the movie for you, and don't let me get started on the John Williams score, I love it still it even if I didn't grew up in the original movies, that is what makes Star Wars so great, there are too many moments (yes even in the prequels) that bring those moments that will phil you up with joy, sadness, and anger, shocked to know that J.J. Abrams realized that this movie had to be done right, and I'm proud. This brings a new generation for Star Wars fans and I'm glad this movie happened, even if it's similar to A New Hope! Overall: 9/10

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016)
HOPE! The movie starts without the usual Star Wars opeing crawl which was great beacause I feel that the Spinoff needed to be different from the Episodes. Jyn Erso, Felicity Jones, is taken by the Rebels and she is set to find her father, Mads Mikkelson, because he is the creator of the Death Star. Jyn Erso teams up with Cassian, Diego Luna, and K-2SO, Alan Tudyk, to find Jen's dad. What I really liked about this movie was that it fixed some problems that people had with A New Hope and helped that movie stand out so much more. Some of the characters were good and fun, but I can tell that it felt a bit rushed, and I don't know if the reshoots were an affect to that. Krennic, Ben Mendelsohn, sucked as the villain, he felt like all he did was complain that he didn't get any credit, and honestly CGI Tarkin, Peter Cushing, was more tougher. The final action scene was phenomenal and one of the best scenes in Star Wars history. Gareth Edwards is popular more making people wait for the good stuff until the end, and I'll say that this movie is so much better than 2014's Godzilla, but I do have similar problems with this movie when is come to having everything rushed. The best part of the movie was K-2SO, and it was because this movie was mainly hit for a much older audiences, but this character was what incredibly funny. I was sad once everyone died at the end, but it was a bit predictable once half of the main characters died. Darth Vader, James Earl Jones, was awesome for the 5 minutes he was in the whole movie, but the stand out scene was him attacking Rebels. Princess Leia, Carrie Fisher, shows up at the end in CGI form, leading this into Episode IV. Enjoyable film, but not as good as some of the Episodes. Overall: 9/10

Star Wars: The Last Jedi
R.I.P. Carrie Fisher! The movie continues where we left off with Rey, Daisy Ridley, finding Luke, mark Hamill, and hopefully he helps stop The First Order. In this movie we get introduced to Rose, Kelly Marie Tran, and she is teaming up with Finn, John Boyega, for most of this movie and was one of the weaker parts of the movie. Rey's training and her conversations with Kylo Ren, Adam Driver, are the highlights of this movie. Luke literally seeing the evil in Kylo and not the good made Rey doubt him for the most part, but this movie makes a bunch a twist you won't see coming, like the death of Snoke, Andy Serkis. Leia, Carrie Fisher, is back and is one of the sadder parts of the movie considering her sad death earlier in the year, they didn't kill her off, so what is next for her now. Many people have been divided for this movie and I could see why, I can see why people hated the film, and I can also see why people loved it. The movie for me was awesome, Rian Johnson did a good job making this movie, the plot isn't as cohesive as you may think, and not every question was answered in this film, but hopefully they will. Lots of deaths in this film, from Laura Dern's character to even Captain Phasma after fighting Finn. Luke Skywaker sacrificed himself after using his final powers of the force to make a clone on himself and take on Kylo Ren. The war is just beginning as Luke said, and maybe it will never end. This franchise will seem to continue for a while, so the question now is what will J.J. Abrams do now. Honestly the issues I had are a lot, but those issues, while understandable, I can't lie to myself and say I wasn't pleased with what I saw. This will go down as probably the movie where fans will chose to be divided with each other. Overall: 9/10

Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018)
We Got The Movie, But Did We Want It? I first want to say that I really was digging the concept of how people were living when the Empire was taking over and seeing how Han Solo, Alden Ehrenreich, came to be. I really saw that was going well, and then we got basically the origin story of how Han Solo came to be. How he met Chewbacca, how he got some weapons, and of course the introduction of the Millennium Falcon. The biggest problem off the bat was having too many people involved in the film, Phil Lord and Chris Miller gt fired for having too many ideas, which involved this movie just being a joke to them, while Ron Howard made the serious tone that Kathleen Kennedy wanted and it kind of sucked. I'll say this, the group of friends on this movie were cool, Donald Glover as Lando was spot on, I don't know about him having his own movie, but it could be cool. Kira, Emilia Clarke, was fine in her role, but I wish we developed her character more. Some characters like the female robot and Beckett, Woody Harrelson, are useless in the movie, if we had a movie with just Han, Kira, Chewy, and Lando, we would have gotten a kick ass movie to watch. The biggest problem was that I can't really say what the plot is because it felt like just a series of adventures. If you made a TV show with this kind of plot, I guarantee you that it would help the characters be developed much better. The movie is still a lot of fun, I can't say that the movie sucked, it was just a movie that was there, it didn't matter in the end, I found myself questioning the point of the movie. I feel everyone having different opinions going into the movie with different opinions. I had mix feelings with the movie, however the ending completely made me shake my head. Overall: 7/10
