X-Men (2000)
Who To Trust! The movie start with a narration of Professor X, Patrick Stewart, following a quick peek of young Magneto's, Ian McKellen, life before his mom was killed. The plot here is that the government is trying to ban all the mutants being a part of earth, and Magneto has a machine to turn everyone on earth a mutant, however he is too old and can die, and therefore he kidnaps Rogue, Anna Paquin, because she is younger. Before Rogue joined the X-Men, she met Logan a.k.a. Wolverine, Hugh Jackman, and they leave a bar because everyone hates mutants, and while they were in the car, Sabretooth, Tyler Mane, and Toad, Ray Park, and very fast they get saved by Storm, Halle Berry, and Cyclops, James Marsden. Already you see all these characters, but you don't necessary get an origin story of any of these guys, they basically just say that there are good mutants and there are bad mutants without really telling you much about everyone which didn't hurt the movie, you kinda just had to go with it. Because superheroes aren't so big in this point it was a good direction Bryan Singer had, however some dialogue came off ridiculous. Anyways Logan finds himself in a school after meeting Jean Grey, Famke Janssen, and later on officially meets Professor X. So I thought it was a great movie to set up who the X-Men were, some people expected a goofy lame movie like Batman And Robin since that movie ruined Comic-Book Movies from ever being great, I like this movie a lot, but the main problem was that the villains were kinda lame, Magneto was the only real cool villain. Mystique, Rebecca Romijn, was another cool villain with hardly words to say. Overall this movie had its flaws, but also within it I had fun, and thankfully we had Bryan Singer to Direct. Overall: 8/10

X2: X-Men United (2003)
Tops The Original! The movie starts with an awesome action scene with Nightcrawler, Alan Cumming, invading the white house and nearly almost killed the President, but later on Jean Grey, Famke Janssen, and Storm, Halle Berry, are set to recuperate him to be a part of the X-Men. Now during that situation, Wolverine, Hugh Jackman, is set to watch over the school, but later on gets invaded by William Stryker, Brian Cox, to finish the mutants off. Colossus, Daniel Cudmore, runs with all the mutants to stay safe and still leaves the main guys with Wolverine, Rogue (Anna Paquin), Iceman (Shawn Ashmore), and Pyro (Aaron Stanford) who all played their role incredibly well! Meanwhile Cyclops, James Marsden, and Professor X, Patrick Stewart, meat up with Magneto, Ian McKellen, which later on we realized that he has escape when Mystique, Rebecca Romijn, injected metal to someone, but eventually both of these side must team up together to stop the government by shutting up the mutants and having them killed, and I thought an interesting scene was when Iceman's family just betrayed him, yet Pyro was the one who snapped and eventually joined Magneto's side, not saying it sucked, just saying it was kinda odd in some ways. Now the biggest shock to see the the fight between Wolverine and Lady Deathstrike, Kelly Hu, which was an enjoyable fight scene and Kelly Hu was a great choice for the role, I felt that she was too easy to beat, however the story had to continue. Overall an really good movie, everyone did a fantastic job as their characters, shocked that it topped the first X-Men, but it did! Overall: 9/10

X-Men: The Last Stand (2006)
We Needed Bryan Singer! This movie begins with a set up to every character like it was a beginners movie, but eventually it does continue where Jean Grey, Famke Janssen, returning and he finds Cyclops, James Marsden, and this is a new Jean Grey, she is now Phoenix in this story. Meanwhile Magneto, Ian McKeller, is trying to stop the humans and this cure for mutant powers that Rogue, Anna Paquin, takes so she can touch people again since Iceman, Shawn Ashmore, is starting to like Kitty, Ellen Page. The serious problem in this movie really is that they got rid of literally any important characters like Cyclops, Rogue, Mystique (Rebecca Romijn), and even Professor X (Patrick Steward). Storm, Halle Berry, becomes the new leader of the X-Men, plus Wolverine, Hugh Jackman, I have yet to talk about was really there to finally kill off Phoenix like it was nothing. Another main problem I have with this movie was the fact that Phoenix team up with Magneto's team when really this should have been everyone trying to stop Phoenix, how the hell can Brett Ratner ruin such a comic-book story that lots of people really wanted to see, not just that but lots of new characters sucked! I hate Angel, Ben Foster, in this movie, I personally just never liked this character at all to begin with, but they could have done something somewhat decent with the character, honestly his dad, Michael Murphy, gets more time in the movie, and he is trying to eliminate the Mutants. The whole end credit scene with Professor X is still questionable, but I never thought it was bad, at least he comes back from the dead. This movie fails, there are lots of good acting, and this was a complete let down, and all I can ask is why would Bryan Singer leave and do Superman Returns! Horrifying movie! Overall: 4/10

X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009)
Oh Yes, It Got Worst! The movie kicks off with scenes in the war with Wolverine, Hugh Jackman, and his brother Sabretooth, Liev Schreiber, an also show a couple of added characters they used to team up with, and that intro with Deadpool, Ryan Reynolds, was awesome, but at the end of this movie, I can't but to say dang, how can a unique character like Deadpool get so screwed! Anyways in this movie, we get to see how Wolverine went from the Bone Claws to the Knife Claws, but even that got so screwed, the claws where too big looking like a cartoon and was very awkward to watch these claws come to play throughout the whole movie where in all honesty I wanted to see Sabertooth's Origin story instead of Wolverine and that is saying how bad and disappointing this movie was to everybody. Now lets talk about Gambit, I do think Taylor Kitsch did a well job here, but in the final battle he was a part of really didn't matter at all because it was bad enough that Deadpool looked like a Baraka rip off without a mouth, that there is no reason to care, they should have had Gambit appear in that one scene he was in and that was all, there was no point of bringing him back at all. Throughout the movie we did get other characters that nobody even wanted to see like Blob played by Kevin Durand who was just set up to look like a goof, and John Wraith played by will.i.am who I didn't even knew or cared about in the the X-Men franchise! I know I'm trashing this movie a lot, but can you really blame me, sure we still have Hugh Jackman playing Wolverine and he does great, but in all this movie failed and made The Last Stand feel like one of the greatest endings to a trilogy, dammit I hate this film! X-Men: First Class (2011)
A Good Prequel, Lets Go! So the movie starts with the same beginning as the first X-Men in 2000 which has young Magneto, Micheal Fassbender, seeing his mom get killed by Sebastian Shaw, Kevin Bacon. Also young Charles Xavior, James McAvoy, meets Mystique, Jennifer Lawrence, when they were kids and you get the main characters already added and all you need is how the First Class came to be. They did it perfectly with Beast, Nicholaus Hoult, showing Charles a helmet that eventually shows him where to find other mutants and stop Shaw from creating a World War 3, however any mutant always gets treated like crap, so there are some that are willing to take his side to destroy all non-mutants to come, so when that turn on Magneto agreeing with Sebastian Shaw showed how manipulating he was, but Shaw did kill Magneto's dad, so he killed him and now he is taking over the bad mutants who are down to cause chaos. Before that happens, Chalres who then is named Professor X trains the students he gets and it is awesome, my personal favorite was with Banshee, Caleb Landry Jones, showing that when he screams he can fly and that was very cool, but in all I think that Magneto was the star of this movie, Micheal Fassbender actually felt like a younger Ian McKellen making Magneto an overall star when it came to film villains, I'm not saying he is like a Heath Leger's Joker, but he is pretty darn great in this movie. This movie was what we wanted out the the Star Wars Prequels, we wanted to see how something came to be with a good story and memorable moments, and it was really great to see a good X-Men movie finally, especially as a prequel! The Wolverine (2013)
Better Than Origins! The movie starts Logan or should I say Wolverine, Hugh Jackman, remembering when he met Yashida who is played Hal Yamanouchi. During the movie before I forget, Jean Grey, Famke Janssen, comes out a couple times during the movie like a shadow figure to Logan since he was the one who killed her. Back to the movie, Logan ends up finding Yashida's grand daughter Yukio, Rila Fukushima, and she and her family need help pretty much. Viper, Svetlana Khodchenkova, is the one after Yukio's family, mainly Yukio's sister Mariko, Tao Okamoto. During a funeral, Viper's crew tries to kidnap Mariko but luckly Logan and Mariko run away safely. In the battle with that one robot was enjoyable until they show that the robot is Yashida, WHAT? He dies, hoo ray. I said this was decent mainly on the acting like for example Viper, she made Randy Orton look like a joke and you know it, and he dares to call himself The Viper. Hugh Jackman was great as always but nobody is going to remember this movie because the middle of the credits. Logan is in the airport about to leave and then a bunch of Magnetic things start to move around and who is behind you might ask, Magneto, Ian McKellen! Professer X, Patrick Stewart, returns and both of them are pretty much asking for his help to stop some robots that are trying to destroy them which then leads to X-Men: Days Of Future Past. This movie is so much better than I remembered, but the third act revealing that Shingen was the villain the whole time was really dumb, and felt super comic book like. This film had a chance to be different from other comic book movie, but not quite yet. I think it's good, but I wished it was ore edgier. Overall: 7/10

X-Men: Days Of Future Past (2014)
A Movie Where Two Generations Collide! The movie starts with a bunch of robots who can tell who is a mutant and they are trying to kill the X-Men, both good guys and bad guys. Kitty, Ellen Page, in the movie learns how to sense someone into the past and they decided to send Wolverine, Hugh Jackman, to 1973 and try to change the past. Mistique, Jenifer Lawrence, kills the guy to made the robots, Trask, Peter Dinklage, and it made people to hate muntants so Wolverine goes to 1973 to find the younger Professer X, James McAvoy, and try to help him get together with Magneto, Michael Fassbender, and try to stop the chaos. In order to get Magneto out of prison, they needed to get the younger Quick Silver, Evan Peters, to help them escape, Quick Silver was just for that so no problem there. When Magneto finds out about the past, he thought that instead of stopping Mistique from Trask, he decided to instead try to kill Mistique. During Wolverine's journey in the past, the robots from the future are fighting the X-Men and then future Magneto, Ian McKellen, got stabbed, which look like he was going to die, Storm, Halle Berry, is looking at Magneto and while that happens, one of the robots stabs Storm from behind and I marked the hell out. I and a lot of people who saw the movie thought it was gonna end with everyone dying but thanks to the past that changed. Mistique never killed anyone because the young Professer X convinces her to not kill Trask. I didn't want to say anything about the end but because Wolverine changed the past, we have the return of Jean Grey and Cyclopes! I got to thank the returning directer Bryan Singer for fixing all of the errors that things Brett Ratner did. Overall: 9/10

Deadpool (2016)
Justice Has A New Face! This movie was great from top to bottom, and we didn't witness the ordinary super hero film, and we didn't actually kicked off with an origins story, we had it, but the movie goes back and forth with the current story and it also goes back to what Deadpool was doing before, how he met Vanessa, Morena Baccsrin, and why he does what he does, and Wade Wilson, Ryan Reynolds, gets cancer and he later gets asked for a cure which he accepts, but since he is The Merk With The Mouth, Ajax (Ed Skrein) talk about that one horrible movie, but we even see the Deadppol toy from that movie. Now what you saw in the trailer, you see again in the movie exactly the waty you saw it played out, but somehow in this movie it worked which was great and I wouldn't see that happening. Like I said, this movie was great coming out of one of the best build ups to a movie experience, and only one complain that isn't that bad I have to admit. We meet up with Colossus, Stephan Kapicic, and Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Brianna Hildebrand, and I was glad to see them and everything they did was awesome, but something the movie didn't explain was how does Deadpool know Colossus, and that is the only roblem I saw, but even that I'll let slide because I had fun with the entire movie and besides that, there is nothing you should change. Some people would argue that the movie was to violent, too verbal, and too graphic, but to those people I say, "Get Over It!", this is Rated-R for a reason, we hardly get any type of movie like this anymore, so shut up and grow up you childish morons! I love this movie, best origin story since Batman Begins, can't wait for the sequel to appear, and yes the end credit scenes said he are getting Cable! Overall: 10/10

X-Men: Apocalypse (2016)
Who Will Survive! The movie starts with a mini origin of Apocalypse, Oscar Issac, and a school scene featuring Cyclops, Tye Sheridan. Off the bat everyone is being shown how we get to Apocalypse and I wasn't quite pleased with how he came to be, but he was created lazy with Moira, Rose Byron, forgetting to bock the sun to create Apocalypse, it was a bit lazy. The Four Hoursemen could have honestly done a bit more, really the main one to stick out was Magneto, Micheal Fassbender, even though the other three were okay, maybe Storm, Alexandra Shipp, was cool. Mystique, Jenniffer Lawrence, is still a role model for mutants due to the previous movie. The main plot here is that Apocalypse istrying to go after every mutant, but he needs the powers of Charles Xavior, James McAvoy. I enjoyed this movie, the critics were wrong about this movie, this movie was different from previous X-Men movies since they are starting over with a newer franchise, and it shows when we got a new Nightcrawler, (Kodi Smit-McPhee) and Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) and Angel (Ben Hardy). Now easily the biggest standout here was once again Quicksilver, Evan Peters, with the search for his father and the way he saved everyone is the X-Men school. Psylocke, Olivia Munn, was barely in the movie, but its understandable since she will return in a possibly X-Force movie. I think that the biggest problem with this movie was the villains, Apocalypse for a while didn't work until later once everything is set up, but once it hits, well that is were it works. Now this movie ain't perfect, but somehow I found myself enjoying this movie a lot, so that is why I believe that this movie is worth seeing if your an X-Men fan, and yes Wolverine, Hugh Jackman, was cool. Overall: 8/10

Logan (2017)
One Last Time! The movie opens with a beaten down Logan, Hugh Jackman, as a limbo driver. One day a lady, Elizabeth Rodriquez, who recognizes him needs his help, but of course Logan refuses. Charles Xavior, Patrick Stewart, is back and he is also not the same as he use to be. He does not have full control of his powers. The lady who needs Logan's help needed him to deliver Laura, Dafne Keen, to other X-Force kids who were used as weapons. Laura in this movie is known mainly as X-23 and her powers are the same as Logan and we find out that she is actually Logan's daughter. Logan, Laura, and Charles are on a road trip sort of to get away from Pierce, Boyd Holbrook, who is leading the mutants to wars. Honestly this is a much different type of Comic-Book Movie, at points you don't think your watching a Comic-Book Movie. James Mangold came back who originally directed 'The Wolverine' which was an okay movie that could have been better if it was more edgier and violent, here you get all of it. The action in this movie is insane, there was actually one scene where Logan, Charles, and Laura stay at some house with people who do die after being invades which was incredibly disturbing. With this being the end and a conclusion, you can say it was a darn sad moment to see Wolverine and Professor X die. This movie took a lot of risk just like 'Deadpool' did now that the X-Men Universe has officially gone Rated-R. I can't wait to see this again, however there were some slow part mainly due to character development through the movie. Really cool seeing what was gonna to be an after-credit scene with Deadpool happen in the beginning of the movie because the way the movie ended, you couldn't be more blessed. Awesome movie with good characters, and action, a bit long, but worth it. Overall: 10/10

Deadpool 2 (2018)
Pump The Hate Breaks, Thanos! In this movie Deadpool, Ryan Reynolds, joins the X-Men after the death of Vanessa, Morena Baccarin, and he is basically super depressed. He meets Firefist, Julian Dennison, and he believes if he can take care of this boy he can have a family once again. Cable, Joss Brolin, is from the future and Firestar killed his family, so he goes to Deadpool's timeline to kill the boy. Deadpool forms the X-Force to stop Cable, but everybody except Domino, Zazie Beetz, die. Like the first Deadpool movie, it was a spoof of all the superhero movies currently, however this movie joke more about other superhero movies than other related subjects. I wasn't expecting the movie to be better than the first, but I could say that this movie has a obvious sequalitize fatigue that other films had. Everything you enjoyed from the first, we get a lot more here, and the characters were kind of a mix bag. Domino and Cable were the stand outs for and I really enjoyed them in the action scenes, I can easily see a better movie with all of these character, possibly an actual X-Force movie. Colossus, Stefan Kapicic, and Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Brianna Hildebrand, are hardly in the movie, and I was bumbed because when they were on screen they were funny and cool. Even Yukio, Shioli Kutsana, was fun with the little we got from her. In all honestly the movie was very enjoyable and a well done superhero movie, and the end credit sequence was better than the whole movie for me. Deadpool traveling time to save Vanessa and Peter, Rob Delaney, was funny. Then it got better when he kills X-Men Origins Deadpool and himself before signing a contract for Green Lantern. Fun movie, not as great as the first, but to quote Deadpool, "You're Welcome, Canada!" Overall: 8/10
